Drifter v2 is a blend of two beautiful, washed coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia blended after roasting (by blending after roasting we can roast each coffee in a unique way to provide a perfect harmony of flavor and roast level.)  This is an exceptionally crisp, balanced cup with mild acidity and bright pops of dark berry and cane sugar.  drifter is an approachable, naturally sweet espresso with an impressively clean finish.  As a drip coffee it is balanced and clean with a subtle complexity that builds with each sip.
