[ peacemaker ] is a seasonally rotating single origin that lets us showcase the best Latin American coffees that come through our doors.  For Spring 2025 we are featuring a beautiful coffee from the Chanchamayo region of Peru.  This coffee has tremendous chocolate character after an initial brightness as you sip it. Mild and rich as an espresso, and sweet and balanced as a drip / filter coffee.  There is no wrong way to drink this one.
