[ peacemaker ] is a seasonally rotating single origin that lets us showcase the best Latin American coffees that come through our doors.  For spring 2023 we are featuring a beautiful coffee from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua.  Expect a subtle brightness on your first sip followed by lingering sweetness with layers of cinnamon bun, cocoa powder and hazelnut. Bright and mild as an espresso, and sweet and balanced as a drip / filter coffee.  There is no wrong way to drink this one.
